Cancellations within 48 hours of the day of arrival, or 'no shows' entitle us to charge 100% of the value of the first night accommodation.
Advance Purchase room reservations - Full amount is taken at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
Please note that due to Covid-19 retrictions and safety guidelines, for bookings for 2 nights or more, rooms will only be cleaned every other day. If you would like your room cleaned each day please inform a member of staff and we will be glad to help.
